Political scientist, institutional strategist, and policy adviser whose work sits at the intersection of governance architecture, intergovernmental relations, comparative statecraft, and long-horizon public-sector strategy. He brings a cross-context perspective shaped by sustained engagement with both Canadian and African governance questions, with particular focus on institutional design, political legitimacy, and state capacity in complex and layered environments.

A governance professional and policy practitioner, he is currently a PhD candidate in Political Science at Queen’s University. He combines active scholarly inquiry with practical public sector experience across federal and provincial contexts, offering grounded insight into how institutions operate in practice under real-world constraints and competing priorities.

Political scientist with qualifications from the University of Ghana and the University of Manitoba, and extensive policy experience across the public and nonprofit sectors in Ghana and Canada. His analysis draws on cross-context experience in African and Canadian public-sector environments, with particular focus on governance systems, public-sector reform, institutional performance, policy development, and state capacity.
